I remember how girls went gaga about the desi avatar of Priyanka Chopra in Dostana and started adorning saris with bikini blouses at weddings. The charisma of these celebs is such that it gracefully expands the arena for women that have been confounded for years. In a recent wedding I spotted one of my six- months pregnant sister-in –law wearing a women kurti with women leggings and everybody seemed so casual about this unusual dress code just because few months ago Aishwarya Rai Bacchan who as well was pregnant was spotted wearing a designer women kurti at an event. Thanks to Mrs. Junior Bacchan that the otherwise orthodox family looked comfortable at their daughter-in law wearing anything except sari during her pregnancy.
